Sanctions Notice Statement

AIG Europe S.A. is a US-parented company and therefore subject to US, UK, EU and UN sanctions as well as other applicable sanctions regimes. Irrespective of the specific sanctions clause applied on any individual (re)insurance policy, AIG Europe S.A. will act in accordance with applicable sanctions and regulatory guidance and will not accept premium, provide coverage or pay any claim on any risk that AIG Europe S.A. determines would expose it to a potential violation of any applicable sanctions and regulatory guidance.
